A cool little dairy bar on Route 150 just south of route 107, offers a wide choice of hard and soft serve ice cream products in addition to several food items (hot dogs, hamburgers etc).Open 11:30 to 9:00 the ice cream is wonderful. We will return

Super super friendly staff. The ladies were so nice to me. It was my first time there and I felt like I had known them forever. I would love to go there again once they open back up. They just closed for the season last weekend. Picnic benches if you want to eat your ice cream there

They didn't have any of the Ice cream flavers, coffee or blackrasberry. Also their chocolate jimmys were stale, not much fudge and it was cold fudge not hot fudge. Not going back will always make the extra 4 miles to Hoggies anytime.

Couldn't believe had to call from my vehicle for ice cream. How dumb was that? Had to pay and go to counter anyways. Defeated the purpose.

Ive been going to Twin Lanterns my entire life. However the last few years the prices have gone up and the quantity of what you order has gone down. I understand it's a mom and pop local business so they have to higher the prices a bit. But I just picked up a cheeseburger special for a family member and there was 4 1/2 onion rings. I mean, come on. If im paying $15 for two cheeseburger specails you should get more than 4 1/2 onion rings and a tiny burger. I like their food, you just don't get much.

I have loved this place for years, they are very generous with the portions the raspberry coffee soft serve is the best!

Nice small little place

I have been coming here every summer for 25 years. They are a seasonal ice cream stand with food options as well. I still really enjoy it because the menu has stayed the same except for some things added to it. I love that the food tastes the same as when I was a child. I was a little disappointed with the flavored "dips" they serve on their ice cream. One of my favorite flavors is vanilla with cherry dip but the dip is much different now. It has a waxy consistency and not much flavor. It did not harden to the ice cream the way I remember. The frappes could also use a little less milk and more ice cream. Other than that I really enjoy this place. The parking lot is very small and often full but it is really a great place. Even though I did not love the new dip it will not stop me from coming back. It is part of my childhood and I think it is definitely worth a visit.

I enjoyed the food and ice cream there. However the Mix-Ups and skip over's when it's really busy can be rather annoying. But overall great place

We love Twin Lantern... it is close to the road, but it's not a major hiway, and they have some picnic tables off on the side. Really good ice cream, lots of choices... and, their food menu has enough choices to satisfy most folks. What you might find surprising - for a little (this place is pretty small!) out-of-the-way ice cream stand, these folks know how to cook food too!!! An excellent grilled cheese, good hot dogs (one of me wife's benchmarks), and yummy onion rings... I'd say to stop for a little lunch AND dessert...

Great place. Awesome ice cream but also good place for quick grilled burger to go. Favorite stop for area tradesmen . Summer starts when they open for season.

Today was our first time going to Twin Lantern...the black raspberry & coffee soft serve swirl was DELICIOUS. Very quaint setting with ample outdoor seating. They also had a food menu which looked decent. We will definitely visit again!

They have the best ice cream hands down in all of the northeast. Cowabunga crunch is a must try. You can Only get it here. It's my only guilty pleasure, but is amazing!!!

Have to call in your order,have to have it in a cup I was driving how do you eat out of a cup while driving, they won't put it in a cone but will give you one on the side makes no sense you still touched the cone think about it. Even dairy queen and hoogies will put it in a cone if you aren't going to put it in a cone and you want people to call to order then you should just close the doors

This is best ice cream place I have ever been to. Not only do the they have the tradition flavors like vanilla and chocolate they have a lot of custom flavors which are great. They not only have ice cream they have a regular food section of the menu. They are also very quick with getting your ice cream and have very reasonable prices.

Twin Lanters is a throwback to simpler times. It reminds me of my childhood, when my parents would walk me to the neighborhood dairy bar (Darby's Dairy Bar, Wakefield MA) after supper, for a treat. It's a tiny little place with a gravel parking lot and several picnic tables under the trees, where families can gather. For a small place, the ice cream flavor selection is surprisingly big and the young staffers are great! They even have sandwiches, burgers, and fried clams, that come with Fries, Rings, or Chips. The prices are extremely reasonable. If you're in the area, this is a Must Try!

OMG what can I say about this place not only do they have awesome ice cream and very large sizes their food is amazingly good you can't do much better going to a local restaurant give them a try you won't be disappointed but you will be in one month when they close

Great place to stop for ice cream & a small bite to eat. They have picnic tables to sit at. You get a pretty good serving of ice cream. The people there are very nice.
